Description:
Objective: The Special Events Driver's primary responsibility is to transport event trailers, equipment and product to specified customer locations. Accountabilities: Deliver special event equipment and product to various customer venues Off load equipment and/or product at events Trouble shoot any issues or complications with equipment while on site Communicate with the customer's event representative and our internal sales department regarding daily needs Maintain professional appearance and demeanor with clients Work with a team and/or independently Maintain all company equipment and/or vehicle to company standards (i.e., cleanliness, presentable, etc.) Assisting in cleaning before and after the event Put away trailer, equipment and unused product Able to work outside in the elements in different seasons based on customer needs During event off season, this position will be responsible for backing up Cold Drink Route Drivers. Responsible for checking inventory levels on truck against customer invoices Responsible for collecting money, making change & recording transactions Ability to resolve customer issues with courtesy and sound customer service skills Maintain inventory levels and stock a high volume of product in soft drink vending machines Ability to service multiple customers throughout the day Qualifications: 1-3 yrs. experience delivering equipment, trailers and/or product Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50 lbs.; bend over, reach above head height and kneeling Work with minimal supervision; be a self-starter, team player and have the motivation to learn Be reliable, honest & trustworthy Ability to find resolutions to issues independently Good communication skills Keen sense of time management Valid driver's license and excellent driving record are required Job Posted by ApplicantPro
