Crafco, Inc. has an opening for a Supply Center Assistant at our equipment and supply center store in Lee's Summit, MO. Come join our amazing team! The Supply Center Assistant position boasts great hours, M-F full-time, at our retail store. No day ever looks the same! The Supply Center Assistant is an integral part of all functions including material handling, inventory, sales, service, and customer support. Everyday brings new, exciting experiences! This position offers a competitive hourly rate with an excellent benefits package including Profit Sharing, Matching 401(k), Health, Life, Disability, Dental, Holiday, Personal, Sick Time, Maternity Leave and Tuition Assistance. The qualified applicant will be responsible for providing information and support to our customers and other team members with a smile! Essential duties include: Material Handling: Pump Sealer Load Sand Sealant Pails Shipping and Receiving: Receive and process incoming shipments, unload trucks, verify receipt of correct items and quantities, and put them away. Set up orders going out via UPS and other carriers. Equipment and Rentals: Working with the Service Tech, learning about the equipment we rent and understanding the Rental Process and become knowledgeable to assist customer with equipment related questions. Be able to create a contract in Rent Master. Stock and Show Room: Assist customers by having basic information about items we stock. Assist with weekly Cycle Counts Help Supervisor with moving around equipment and stock in Showroom as needed. Assist Supervisor with invoicing customers through OMS/SAP. Assist Supervisor with other OMS/SAP items, such as placing a Purchase Order request, receive in items, taking payment from customers. The qualified candidate will be able to provide customer service with a smile, have strong organizational and planning skills and enjoy working with people. Must possess strong problem-solving skills, and maintain all work areas and the store in a neat, safe, and organized manner. Candidate must have a current driver's license and clear driving record. Must possess a High School diploma or GED. Occasional Saturday work may be required as needed. Crafco, Inc. is an EEO employer and a drug-free workplace.
