Description:
The Design Engineer: Participates in the development of product designs for Matric and for external customers, in the areas of industrial, machine and process control. Assists customers in defining the requirements for new product concepts. Performs embedded design and development hardware/software engineering work in accordance with detailed specifications. Conducts experimental tests on newly developed products and analyzes the results to establish performance criteria. Monitors product in manufacturing and field use to assure quality and conformance to requirements. Supports the RFQ process by generating engineering estimates for product and development costs. Participates in field assignments with customers and potential customers when required. Qualified applicants will have: A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering 2-4 years experience in digital and analog circuit design 2-4 years structured programming.
