Accounting Data Entry Clerk The primary role of this entry-level, full-time position is to audit and verify invoices and receipts, looking for discrepancies or errors in billing with the goal to grow and expand duties and responsibilities with experience and dedication to the position. Duties and Responsibilities Audit fuel vendor invoices, reviewing retail versus contracted pricing Audit FBO receipts for errors or discrepancies in pricing and billing Review monthly landing reports Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications High School Diploma Computer literate with data entry experience and spreadsheet knowledge Invoice experience and ability to spot numerical errors Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail Team player with ability to work collaboratively Successfully pass a criminal history record check and pre-employment drug screen Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of basic principals of accounts payable and general office functions Schedule Normal business hours Salary and Benefits Starting salary: Dependent upon experience Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 401K with company match Life and Short/Long-term disability insurance Advancement opportunities FRE/ACE is a part 135 airline operating in Milwaukee for over 30 years.
