Under the supervision of the Director of Quality Supports, the Technology Integration Specialist will be responsible for assessing the needs of people supported and support their inclusion in the technology decision-making process. Will coordinate with departments in identifying and obtaining technology needs to improve workflow and quality of services. Must have a bachelor's degree. Must have the knowledge to provide user-friendly technology resources and possess efficient problem-solving skills. Ability to develop project goals, project timelines, technical requirements, and user documentation for projects. Ability to communicate with staff and people supported regarding technology use in both oral and written form. Ability to train staff and people supported in technology use.
