This position is responsible for the complete production of the data publication. Essential Functions: Follow the steps and procedures for investigating listings Communicate with clients regarding data changes Send and receive proofs from client Proof-read investigating and changes Review and understand data guidelines for all publications Input, edit and update data listings in software program Enter and distribute new businesses to sales department for classification Final responsibility of content and layout Researches account history as needed Work with all departments in production process Job Specifications: Detail-oriented with good spelling and grammar skills Work well with deadlines Excellent communication and customer service skills Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required Office experience or related education preferred Computer/office software experience such as word-processing and creating spreadsheets is required Job Posted by ApplicantPro
