As an Arcade Technician you get to work with the arcade and cinema manager as well as the facilities and maintenance manager to help keep all of our awesome arcade games looking great and working correctly. Each arcade game is unique which makes this job perfect for someone who likes to solve puzzles, knows computers, and enjoys a team atmosphere. Help our guests have a great time by assisting the department managers in performing routine maintenance, diagnosing game issues, and making repairs to games. We value your time at work as well as at home and promote a balance between the two. The Daily Job Assist in the process of regularly servicing, maintaining, and cleaning arcade games. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with arcade games and complete mechanical, electrical, hardware, and software repairs. Assist the arcade and cinema manager and the facilities and maintenance manager with various projects with the building, arcade, projectors, and technical support. Communicate frequently with team members and management about the status of arcade games and repair projects. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Must have at least one year of technical computer experience or equivalent training through classwork or previous employment. Basic understanding of configuring and troubleshooting TCP/IP Networking.
