Essential Responsibilities include but are not limited to; Ensures that all processes and procedures are followed for repair service as defined in the Equipment Service operating procedures. Participates in the Red Wave Program Ensures proper stock levels, replenishment of parts, and periodic reconciliation. Maintains assigned vehicle and tools per department policy. Responds to repair calls assigned by the dispatcher in an efficient and productive manner, while maintaining performance to department standards. Provides prompt, professional and accurate response to customer concerns and questions. Provides the dispatcher with immediate communication as needed on any customer concerns, complaints, or service issues. Provides the dispatcher with completed call information as per the Equipment Service operating procedures. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid Class D license and a clean driving record Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Technical and administrative skills with ability to be detail oriented to perform follow up Basic knowledge of computer boards Electrical and Mechanical aptitude Satisfactory completion of DOT medical evaluation and drug tests Perks Company Car Access to but Coca-Cola products at a discounted rate We offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of: medical, dental, vision insurances, life, STD, LTD, Flex, 401k, Vacation and PTO.
