Description:
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our growing team. The Finance Assistant will be responsible for supporting the finance department in daily financial tasks such as processing invoices, preparing financial reports, and other related tasks. Key Responsibilities: Process orders/invoices and expenses accurately and timely. Daily deposit posting. Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks (AR/Collections, AP, etc.). Provide administrative support to the finance team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Communicate effectively with management. Support month-end and year-end accounting processes. Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the COO. Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience in bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks Ability to work well independently and within a team Prior experience in a finance assistant or similar role is preferred but not required If you are a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for finance, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
