Fleetwood Post Acute is a skilled nursing and rehab facility conveniently located in Easley, S.C. We are now hiring individuals interested in becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant. Tuition will be covered for those interested with the expectation that individuals will successfully complete the program and provide care for residents at Fleetwood upon graduation. This is a 6 week program and classes are 8 hours/day.
