Description:

This position will be responsible for: Communicating with departments, dealers, and/or end users via phone, fax, or email regarding product return authorization and order status of Draper products. Investigating and correcting discrepancies involving products already received by customers or past due orders not yet shipped. Researching and negotiating calls on either return of manufacturing authorizations, credits, freight issues or status of shipment dates and follow up with customers. Forwarding returns paperwork to appropriate areas. Maintaining CRM (Contact Resource Management) system follow-up files for on-going returns, freight, or order status issues. Backing up Traffic Support, Order Status, and Order Expeditor positions within the Customer Service Department. Customer Service Job Posted by ApplicantPro
