We take pride in working together as a compassionate team in our family orientated environment and are looking to expand our staff with a Wound Nurse (LPN/RN) to allow for the highest level of care for our residents. Are you an experienced Wound Nurse (LPN/RN) wanting to join our team on the weekends? We offer the following to our nurses: Competitive wages with annual increases based on experience Generous shift diff for nights and weekends Advancement opportunities throughout our 19 facilities in South Carolina 4* facility rating by CMS The Wound Nurse, under the supervision of the Director of Nursing works with the nursing staff assessing, treating, and creating care plans for patients with complex wound conditions. If you are a Wound Nurse with a true passion for patient care and compassion for others and committed to teamwork, we are eager to meet you! Successful candidates will have the following: Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN or RN in S.C. Experience as a Wound Nurse in SNF is preferred Wound Care Certification a plus! Current CPR certification Experience with PCC preferred Must maintain all required continuing education/ licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
