Our Medication Care Partners (Certified Med Techs) provide direct care to our senior residents following a personalized medication and treatment plan. Support residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship Assist in monitoring the medication program Setup and assist with self-administration of medication Order and receive medication; Keep medication files and medical records current and up-to-date Prioritizes and provides encouragement and support to the residents Encourage and assist with activity programs If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat: Positive team player attitude and love working with people! Good verbal and written communication skills High School Diploma or equivalent Must be certified Medication Aide (Med Tech Certification) and/or meet the state requirements for medication aide/certification. Must have a current CNA license Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus!
