Support residents in their daily activities by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship Prioritize and provide encouragement and support to the residents. Encourage and assist with activity programs If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat: Positive team player attitude and love working with people! A CNA certificate is a plus but not required Good verbal and written communication skills High School Diploma or equivalent Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus!
