You'd be joining a team focused on healing our communities Acenda is an integrated health care agency dedicated to industry-leading prevention, treatment and wellness services compassionately delivered to ensure that every individual, family and community achieves their greatest potential. What you'll do Live on-site Provides overnight age-appropriate supervision of 30 young adult tenants within an apartment complex, and appropriately address emergency and safety issues both with the physical plant as well as with residents Flexibility with overnight schedule Receive general supervision, direction and guidance from the Program Director Manage any emergencies that arise during overnight hours Enforce rules in Resident Handbook and Lease. Complete Incident reports and notification to Program Director of incidents and emergencies Conduct nightly rounds of common areas and property to ensure a safe and clean environment. Bachelor's degree preferred.
