We are looking for an initiative-taker with a passion for branch and back-office efficiency of system applications and well versed to review/revise the associated policies, procedures, and training to ensure efficient and effective system applications in support of Operations (back-office, contact center and branches). In this role you will manage all operations system applications. You will analyze needs and work with vendors to configure system applications for efficiency, compliance, and business needs. You will take a lead role as a subject matter expert (SME) and respond to and process escalated issues promptly. You will function as the operations SME for assigned projects and work on cross department core/ancillary system projects. You will proactively revise existing policies, procedures, and training. The successful candidate will have subject matter expert level operations knowledge and a strong initiate to resolve system issues affecting operations. Education/Experience: high school diploma required, college degree preferred and three-five years' experience. P ossess thorough knowledge of payment processing systems, ATM system processing and balancing, Fedline systems, wire transfers, debit and credit card systems, and internet related processing. Possess strong knowledge of all deposit products and federal regulations governing all operational areas.
