ABOUT THE ROLE F&M Trust is looking to hire a new Assistant Loan Operations Manager position within the Loan Servicing department. This Assistant Manager will work in tandem with a fellow Assistant Manager of the Loan Servicing department who manages other functions. This new position will be assuming some management and other responsibilities previously handled by the Loan Servicing Manager who is shifting their attention to strategic initiatives focused on bank growth. This Assistant Manager will be primarily responsible for employees, functions, and projects of the department related to construction monitoring and quality control. This individual will report directly to the Loan Servicing Manager and work closely with teammates throughout the bank. The home office location for this individual will be at the bank's corporate headquarters located in Chambersburg, PA. This role will receive a salary commensurate on experience and comprehensive benefits package. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent. Previous experience with loan operations, specifically construction lending and/or loan servicing quality control, highly preferred. Previous supervisory experience required. Ability to manage a diverse team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
