What We Actually Do: Our Delivery Driver/Technician is an essential part of our team. Your main responsibilities will be to travel to each patient's home or healthcare facilities, load and unload supplies, and provide instruction for each piece of equipment. You can also plan on using your communication skills to answer any questions our patients or their families may have about equipment and services, as well as resolve any customer complaints professionally and compassionately. Please read on... *THE OPPORTUNITY: * WilBea Medical Equipment is looking to hire a full-time Delivery Driver/Technician who can deliver medical equipment to patient's homes or health care centers, while exceeding client expectations. We are offering a competitive hourly wage for this position dependent on qualifications and experience, along with excellent benefits. This position is for someone who has a good driving record and experience as a delivery driver. If you are looking for a job where you can spend your days out of the office, and you have empathy for hospice patients, this could be the job for you! *Essential Job Functions: * Deliver and set up medical equipment in a safe and timely manner to our customers Safe operation of a company-owned Delivery Vehicle Instructing patients, family members, and caregivers on equipment functions while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor Minor equipment troubleshooting and repair while in the field Thorough and accurate completion of all orders on a proprietary web-based inventory management system Physical Requirements: Be able to lift up to 90 pounds Able to drive company van in a safe manner Preferred Qualities: Ability to work independently Ability to problem solve Be able to work with little to no supervision Be dependable Have an attention to detail Have a desire to work in an ever-changing environment Position Requirements: Legally authorized to work in the United States Have a clean driving record The ability to pass a drug test/background screen The ability to speak/read English fluently WilBea Medical Equipment is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
