Overview: Pomegranate is a textile & design brand of homewares and apparel known for its original and creative design. The products are sold through our wholesale showroom in Atlanta and on our website pomegranateinc.com. We have a growing range of collaborations with designers and private label clients. The studio's collection of textiles, apparel, and tabletop accessories is currently designed entirely by our Founder/Creative Director, and we are looking to expand our creative team with refreshing ideas and enthusiasm. Purpose of the role: The E-Commerce & Digital Content Manager is responsible for maintaining and merchandising the company's D2C e-commerce website and B2B e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have proven success optimizing a website through management of site content and the ability to identify and define site enhancements that improve the customer experience. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site content, including uploading new products, building collection libraries, designing "shop the look" campaigns, and other improvements to user experience that build customer engagement. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the organization and maintenance of the company's digital photo library and all company digital assets. Responsibilities: This individual will strive to ensure a seamless website experience aligned with the Pomegranate brand. As we enlarge our digital footprint, we are seeking an individual who can maintain our website to reflect and optimize our product arrangement to help tell the Pomegranate story across the site. Daily maintenance of product management across retail website and wholesale virtual showroom. Ensuring positioning of product aligns with inventory buys, newness, and aesthetic. Constantly optimize product sorting to drive conversion and develop merchandising strategies for the website homepage, category landing pages and special initiatives. Manage the uploading of new products to Shopify (photos, product copy, tagging, price, inventory) as well as page banners, images, promotions etc. for display on the website. Consistent review of existing products on the site, making sure all product images, descriptions and cross-promotions are up-to-date and relevant. Website Inventory Management: Work closely with the sales and warehouse team to ensure inventory is always accurate, providing for the best customer experience. Experience: 3+ years of e-commerce experience (Shopify preferred) College degree preferred, but not required. Excellent understanding of direct-to-consumer (D2C) and interest in fashion and home decor Understanding of the disciplines required to drive traffic to retail websites (email marketing, social media, SEO, paid search) Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign experience a plus.
