Summary Provide support to Manager of Product Development, including generating comprehensive notes, , coordinating meetings, filing, creating reports and completing special projects as assigned. Ideal candidate is open minded, eager to learn and interested in exploring textiles and garment development. Duties Maintain fabric room and core fabric library, both physically and digitally sending fabric sourcing requests to vendors preparing samples and swatches for CFT meetings shipping and cataloguing fabric packages for international shipping Respond to vendors via email Run and analyze reports, and create ad hoc reports as requested. Attend meetings and keep accurate notes Organize incoming packages and swatches data entry in PLM (building fabric components) Position Qualifications Knowledge: Requires High School Degree or equivalent education with an understanding of computers and computer software. Requires problem-solving and formulation skills, basic math, reading, proofreading, reasoning, and analyzing. Experience: Previous administrative support experience. Fashion or textiles degree or experience a plus. Knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel software. Job Posted by ApplicantPro
