The mission of George Junior Republic in Indiana is teaching at-risk youth responsibility, personal accountability, and integration into their homes, schools, and communities. Position Overview: George Junior Republic in Indiana is hiring a full-time Case Manager for the Home-Based program in Jasper, Indiana, and surrounding areas. The case manager is responsible for providing in-home case management services to children and families involved with the Department of Child Services and Juvenile Probation. The Case Manager will consistently demonstrate the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors necessary to provide a client-centered, strength-based, and culturally sensitive service and must have the ability to develop connections with referral sources and the community. The Case Manager must work well in a team environment and with individuals with families.
