OASYS, INC., a Leading-Edge Government contractor in Huntsville Alabama, is seeking applicants for a Radar Software Engineer to support our customer on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. Job Responsibilities include: Participates as a member of the software development team Planning, scheduling, designing, implementing, integrating, and testing requisite software The candidate creates and maintains the development and continuous integration environments for the software Develops software design documentation Participates in design reviews and code inspections Creates and maintains schedules for the implementation of software defect fixes and directed enhancements Develops and presents technical briefings to leadership. Minimum Requirements: Understanding of radars Strong C++ software development Agile process implementation Able to work well in a team environment Other desired but not required skills: Ada software development PERL script knowledge Proficiency with UNIX or Linux operating systems Strong Microsoft Office skills Strong interpersonal skills and reporting practices Strong verbal and written communication skills Required Education: Minimum of a BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar degree field, and 0-3 years relevant experience. Eligibility: Only US citizens are eligible for this position. Active or Interim Secret Clearance required.
