Responsibilities: · Serve as the primary point of contact for online customers across multiple platforms and provide exceptional service and solutions to meet their needs and expectations.· Manage the order entry process and ensure timely delivery while keeping customers informed of updates and order status in a timely and accurate manner.· Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback, questions, and concerns to inform continuous improvement efforts and enhance the customer experience.· Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers to foster loyalty, trust, and satisfaction.· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging, promotions, and customer engagement strategies that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.· Stay informed and up-to-date on the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers and ensure high-quality service delivery.· Identify and report product or service issues to the appropriate departments for prompt resolution and contribute to efforts to continuously improve product and service quality. Qualifications: · 1+ year(s) of customer service experience, with proven track record of providing excellent service and building strong customer relationships.· Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with customers across multiple platforms and convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.· Exhibit a strong ability to learn and retain details related to the full product lineup and effectively communicate this information to customers to provide solutions and drive sales.· Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet those needs.· Demonstrate a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and meeting customer expectations.
