Director of Digital Channels

SkyOne is seeking a Director of Digital Channels that will oversee our digital member experience team (digital branch) and digital services team, and work collaboratively across the organization to drive the ongoing roadmap for Digital Services with input from key stakeholders to drive growth and penetration of our target markets via digital acquisition, retention, and cross-selling strategies. The Director of Digital Channels will be responsible for managing the profitability, growth, engagement, and efficiency of the digital channels, providing regular reporting on KPIs and developing action plans to meet organization, team, and personal objectives. Will be an active participant of the Senior Leadership Committee, and will work with other senior leaders, including working across departments, to drive operational effectiveness and help execute and achieve our overall organizational objectives. Additionally, the Director of Digital Channels will consistently align their behaviors and department expectations with the Mission, Vision and Core Values of the organization while leveraging emotional intelligence and our organizational tenants to build strong, interdependent relationships with management, peers, and employees. Qualifications: 10+ years hands on experience in Digital Banking channels preferred. Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent experience in a related field. Experience in understanding and delivering consumer expectations as it relates to cutting edge digital banking capabilities. Previous experience in converting and/or launching new digital capabilities to end users. Ability to collaborate with technical development and IT resources to identify clearly articulated requirements for fixes and enhancements. Experience in managing the P&L strategies for Digital Banking to drive loan and deposit growth in support of organizational growth objectives. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop strong working relationships with Senior Management, peers, and staff level employees. Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Effective coaching and mentoring skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. Experience in growth, usage, and engagement with digital banking services such as Bill Pay, Person to Person transfers and Remote Deposit Capture. Knowledge and practical understanding of emotional intelligence and building team collaboration. Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment. Working knowledge of GLBA, OFAC, BSA, and ADA compliance/regulations is a plus. FFIEC guidelines knowledge is a plus.
