Buyer -Beaverton, OR (Hybrid) Position Summary: Telestream is currently looking to hire a Buyer for our Beaverton, OR office location. This role will be hybrid in nature, 2-3 days in our Beaverton office. If you are an experienced buyer with outstanding communication and collaboration skills, come join our team! Responsibilities: Procurement of Hardware items to support our Ineoquest business Procurement and maintenance of licensing support for the Ineoquest business Procurement and inventory management of Telestream Service inventory in Oregon Inventory tracking and Supplier On-Time-Delivery Management Coordination with Engineering and Supply Chain to manage expectations and contractual agreements Partnership and adherence in process expectations across job functions Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Business, Supply Chain management, or Finance preferred) 2 - 3 years purchasing experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel especially) Working knowledge of MRP (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft NAV, etc.) Strong written and verbal communication skills. Telestream is a global company and expectations include communication via email, phone, Teams, meetings and in person Manage both internal and external expectations on project and purchasing timelines Track and manage purchasing projects from conception to close Intrinsically motivated to contribute to building and maintaining processes flow and project coordination across diverse groups and locations Job Posted by ApplicantPro
