The Arc Ontario Social Enterprise Operations Manager North Star Café and Bad Dog Boutique Salary: $22.95 -$24.44 Position Overview Are you outgoing and customer-focused? Are you creative and have a passion for Business Development? Do you enjoy furry dog friends and a great cup of Joe? Find yourself answering yes? Being part of our social enterprise team may be a perfect fit for you! You would ensure business sustainability and growth by managing North Star Café and Bad Dog Boutique. You would ensure all businesses are on track to meet financial goals. You would provide quality assurance and customer service functions for all assigned social enterprises. Work Location: Canandaigua Schedule: M-F 8-4. Evening and weekend hours are required at times due to the needs of the business.
