Dynamic Sealing Technologies, Inc. (DSTI) is looking to hire a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing tactical and strategic aspects of custom rotary union projects in high risk segments. This is a hands-on role that requires developing project plans (milestones, deliverables, budgets, etc.) for new opportunities or revisions to previous projects and coordinating internal/external stakeholders to effectively resolve issues that arise while collaborating with other departments for input. Typical Project Manager Responsibilities: Project Manager will utilize DSTI Project Management software to lead assigned projects. Develop full scale project plans that encompass all client project requirements. Manage all project phases: Initiation, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing. Create and manage risk mitigation register for each assigned project. Properly communicate relevant issues and/or changes of projects to team members and stakeholders. Monitor project scope to ensure change orders (internal/external) are created and managed to achieve project outputs on budget and schedule. Keep track of lessons learned and leverage these experiences to drive improvements to implementation. Attend project related meetings (internal/external), take detailed notes, and generate relevant action items for the team. U nderstand, organize, and control project documentation to ensure Individuals on the project team understand their responsibilities. T rack project deliverables using appropriate tools and r esolve or escalate issues in a timely fashion. Work cross functionally to keep projects on schedule. Qualifications: Associate Degree or other 2-year degree in Manufacturing Technology or a related field is strongly preferred. Highly relevant experience may be substituted. 3-5+ years previous experience in manufacturing project management role, preferably with experience managing 6-12 months projects. PMP Certification is highly desired. Ability to effectively use MS Project or similar Project Management software. Strong attention to detail. Proven ability to positively influence others through logical communication. A high degree of mechanical aptitude is required. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Flexible Work Schedule We truly value work-life balance.
