We are looking for a new team member to join us as a Call Center Manager at our headquarters in Sterling, VA. Responsibilities: Provide strong, dynamic leadership that mentors, develops, and guides team members to efficiently leverage the value of every call for maximum net reservation revenue to clients Responsible for development and administration of annual department budget to attain business goals with operational stability Deliver results against a defined scope of work that includes measurable ROI, strategic innovation, performance reporting, and human capital development Develop and maintain effective organization of responsibility, including efficient recruiting, training, coaching, recognition, workflow patterns, performance standards, delineation of duties and responsibilities, staffing levels and supervision Coordinate analytic, strategic and technical resources to meet client expectations and ensure satisfaction Evaluates individual performance reviews and overall team effectiveness with upper management Helps call agents with challenging customer service issues Monitor team performances and provide tools when necessary Determines call center operational strategies by evaluating team results and objectives Collecting and analyzing department statistics, sales rate, cost, budget, customer satisfaction Presents quarterly and annual call center action plans and objectives Address inadequate quality issues with the supervisory team in relation to reviews and corrections of calls monitored Handle appropriately communications of a sensitive and confidential nature Manage call queues, metrics, and Contact Center technology platforms to enable efficient and effective service delivery Support our Contact Center operations by assisting members during peak periods and during staff shortages Requirements: 5 years of customer service experience in a Service Desk or Call Center environment. Proficient with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word and Excel ) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Skills: Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed Good phone etiquette Excellent computer skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Attention to detail Able to clearly present information both verbally and in writing Excellent listening, writing, and communication skills Strong work ethic and time management skills Job Posted by ApplicantPro
