Responsibilities: Running Casino & Racetrack is looking for an organized, talented, enthusiastic individual seeking a new challenge. The individual in this position will be responsible for creating and presenting an appetizing dining experience for our guests. Duties include supervising day-to-day operations in the kitchen, conducting daily inspections of restaurant line and coolers, rotation and utilization of all food products, delegating kitchen duties to team members, implementing policies and procedures, and creating chef inspired specials. Assiting chef with EOM inventory, menu development, keeping food and labor costs in line.Job Requirements • 3-5 years line experience or 1 year management experience. • Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast pace work environment. • Must have a passion for great ingredients and the ability to work in a scratch kitchen. • Must have flexible schedule Job Posted by ApplicantPro
