If you are an outgoing, talented individual that is able to provide customer support by analyzing, processing and responding to customer and sales team inquiries, then this job might be just the one for you: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE YOUR TASKS Supports special customer requests Responsible for all aspects of order entry and processing Communicates with customers by phone or email regarding status updates, tracking number and proof of delivery Communicates and works with other departments and immediate teams members to ensure that specific customer needs and requests are being met. Prepares additional Sales reports as requested Works with freight forwarders and couriers to coordinate the movement of product and shipments. Responds to export inquiries, processing and completing international shipping papers, advising status of orders, shipping advice, etc. for international air and ocean shipments. Works with Accounts Receivable to resolve customer invoice disputes on returns Communicates the customer's needs effectively to our shipping location Supports a positive team environment, contributing to other's tasks and activities when available and needed YOUR PROFILE High School Diploma 3-5 years of product experience in Customer Service/Order Entry, Logistics or Inventory Management required; Corporate Customer Service preferred Microsoft Office efficiency (Excel experience is required) JD Edwards experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working and supporting International Orders Must be able to adapt to change Positive, outgoing personality A BETTER WAY OF WORKING Our versatile, modern working environment offers an appreciative, team approach atmosphere as well as the opportunity to act independently.
