We are currently seeking Client Success Manager candidates for a unique career opportunity to become part of our dynamic and innovative Electronic Products and Services Team. This position is located at our Corporate Offices in Waterloo, Iowa, and will: Provide a strategic and supportive partnership for our customers at every stage of the buying process. This includes product demonstrations, CRM documentation, specific software training, implementation support, monthly utilization reports, etc. You'll be focused on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals. Have a thirst for knowledge, the ability to learn quickly and easily grasp new software applications. You should also be able to communicate clearly with customers to create strategies that grow our customer base. Is the point of contact for customers who are looking to buy products and services, and they are the primary/secondary contact for customers throughout the buying process. Client Success Managers also work closely with Sales Representatives to close deals and identify upsell opportunities with their customers. We seek candidates with the following credentials: BA/BS Degree (Business, Communications, Marketing or other related field preferred or 3-5 years work experience in a related field.) Customer Service experience required. (Technical experience preferred.) Other experience/educational training should include web, internet experience as well as Excel and Word experience. Salary range: $56,000 to $70,000 commensurate with experience. POS offers an excellent opportunity for growth in a team environment with on-going training.
