New Opportunity at Stark Tech! Stark Tech is looking for a Director level position within the Equipment Business Unit responsible to help lead strategic manufacturer engagements and business development initiatives focused on HVAC, Critical Power & Boiler Systems. In addition this leadership role will be responsible to manage a team of technical engineering resources assigned to support our sales team and their clients mechanical infrastructure projects. The candidate will c ollaborate with sales leadership in coordinating resources and support tasks across their team to achieve the business unit's annual revenue and profitability objectives. If you are action-oriented with strong mechanical engineering background and customer focus, we want to talk to you! How are you successful in this role? In this role you will operationalize focus on the business units top HVAC & Boiler system manufacturer partnerships while leading efforts to enhance prioritization on strategic accounts, projects & opportunities. This position will require a high-level of technical acumen in HVAC & Boiler systems as well as mechanical engineering fundamentals as it is accountable for the technical mentorship and development of our mechanical application engineering team and the strategic point of contact across Stark Tech for HVAC & Boiler system equipment applications. As a manager you will a ppraise employees' performance, productivity, and efficiency. Direct and delegate work to employees to achieve ultimate team success. Discover training needs and provide coaching/mentorship to direct reports. Act as a time and attendance supervisor, which includes the review and approval of time off requests. What we would like to see? Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required. At least 10 years' industry experience required. Technical background in HVAC, Critical Power & Boiler systems required. Capability to mentor and foster a healthy team environment. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required. Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. In-depth knowledge of the market. Strong account management capabilities. Who are we?
