If you are interested in the Manufactur ing E ngineer p osition you will: Key Areas of Responsibility Improve manufacturing safety, quality, and efficiency by analyzing and implementing improvement projects in RV manufacturing plants. Seamless integration of new products and processes with manufacturing. Ensure best practices are shared and used throughout Grand Design. Position Requirements Self-starter with high integrity and a bias towards action Strong collaborator, with a proven ability to influence and gain alignment at all levels Ability to lead and work independently Strong analytical skills Strong skills in structured problem-solving and risk mitigation tools Strong oral, written, and presentation skills Education & Experience Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology with 5 years of related work experience Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Physical Demands Able to spend time and work within manufacturing plants Able to work early and flexible hours Successful candidate must be organized, positive and friendly with a follow through mindset.
