The Boar's Head Resort is looking for Culinary Interns! The Culinary intern will rotate throughout the various restaurants at the Boar's Head Resort. They will also rotate thorough stations in each kitchen to learn a la carte cooking, banquet preparation, displays, and dessert/bread making. The Culinary Intern will then spend their last two weeks at the venue of their choosing. Along with enhancing their cooking skills and broadening their culinary repertoire, the interns will also learn and execute 4 Diamond Service to customers including cooking in front of guests and handling guest feedback/criticism. Requirements : You must be a culinary student at an accredited Culinary School working towards a degree/certification in order to qualify for the Internship Program. Job Posted by ApplicantPro
