Customer Service / Order Processing Representative

Contour Products is seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Service / Order Representative to work closely with the sales and marketing team to support its customers. This role is critical to ensuring excellent customer satisfaction with Contour Products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Achieves a high rate of incoming call pick up and minimize voice mail messages, enters orders accurately and r eturns customer communications in a timely manner Prepares orders for shipment via batching, packing, lists, labels, routing instructions, etc. Processes order returns Supports sales staff with customer service requests Runs end-of-day warehouse reports showing shipping, open orders, etc. and c ompletes end-of-day Starship notifications Updates inventory on Commerce Hub, etc. Assists sales with new item set-up and item change orders Interfaces between multiple software platforms such as SAGE 100 ERP, SAGE CRM, Starship, True Commerce, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook 2013, and additional E-commerce software packages. Qualifications : High School Diploma or equivalent required 2 years of customer service/logistics industry experience Proficient in all MS Office applications and Experience with SAGE or related CRM software preferred Demonstrates attention to detail while practicing sound time management and organizational skills. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; effectively uses reason. Assesses own strengths and weaknesses; pursues training and development opportunities; strives to continuously build knowledge and skills.
