A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A TELLER / FINANCIAL SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE As a part-time Teller / Financial Services Representative, you are enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service to our members. Using your sales skills, you promote financial products and services to improve our members' financial well-being. You always take the time to establish a rapport and listen carefully so that you are sure to recommend and cross-sell the absolute best financial products and services to meet their needs. Far from a humorless banker, you are a warm and friendly problem solver with a can-do attitude. To many, you are the reason they loving banking with us. You also open and close accounts, answer questions, solve problems, and update member information, all while maintaining confidentiality. In addition, you process banking transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash drawer. You are passionate about the value that credit unions offer and enthusiastically promote our financial services to members. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A TELLER / FINANCIAL SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE High school diploma or equivalent Customer service experience Bilingual English/Spanish skills would be a definite plus! BANKING WORK SCHEDULE FOR A TELLER / FINANCIAL SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE This part-time Teller / Financial Services Representative position in member services offers a set scheduled shift of: Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM - 6:15 PM and some Saturdays are required from 8:45 AM to 3:15 PM .
