POSITION SUMMARY: Assists Alcohol & Drug Director in various clinical and administrative duties. Coordinates services with referral and payer sources. Provide support and assistance to EAST Center Men's Program residents. Maintains Caseload. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, or related field and a CADC, if in recovery must have at least three (3) years of recovery. Must be 21 years of age or older and possesses valid KY driver license. SKILL SETS : Possesses superior organizational, oral, and written communication skills. Must demonstrate a high level of familiarity with Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel. Exceptional customer service skills. PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS : Talking and hearing required to communicate with clients, family members, and other staff. Visual acuity needed to provide behavioral observations of clients. Work is light with some walking, standing, and sitting. Manual dexterity for written communication and using office equipment. Possible exposure to infectious and/or communicable diseases. JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS: Determines eligibility for admission and completes the admission process for individuals seeking services at EAST Center. Completes assessments, treatment plans/updates, transfer/discharge summaries, and other required health care documentation. Interviews and recommends individuals for hiring. Provides ongoing supervision Performs other duties as assigned. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Adheres to Communicare, Inc. policies and procedures.
