Dallas Country Club is currently seeking qualified individuals for the Housekeeping Porter position. DCC, founded in 1896, is the most exclusive and prestigious private club in the area and we pride ourselves on hiring the best of the best. Hours: Hours vary, may need to work weekends and/or holidays Job Description: Tend to facility to include needs of club members and guests. Physical requirements : Position requires extended walking standing pushing pulling and periodically lifting over 50 lbs. Responsibilities: - Sweep and mop restroom floor; wipes mirrors and walls; cleans basins, lavatories, and showers. - Restocks amenities such as tissue, toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo, razors, after shave lotion, etc. - Provides for the safety and security of all members' and guests' personal property. - Maintains inventory of supplies. - Transports amenities to and from laundry area. - Cleans and empties garbage cans and waste baskets. - Cleans and maintains hot tub, sauna area and other special facilities and equipment in locker room. - Maintains beverages stations. - Attends departmental meetings. - Completes other assignments made by the housekeeping/supervisor manager. Job Requirements: This is an entry level position and training will be done by assigned department. Prior club, hotel housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred. Other Information: Current Valid Driver's License needed, position starting rate is $14.00 per hour. Rates will be commensurate with experience.
