My Life My Home, a CILA provider based in New Baden, IL, is hiring a Adminstrative RN/ Nurse Trainer This position combines clinical and administrative nursing skills with risk management and working with residents, other team members, guardians, doctors and community partners to provide the highest level of person-centered care. The position is based in New Baden, IL and requires travel throughout Clinton and St. Clair Counties. There are 8 CILA group homes with 4-6 residents with developmental disabilities in each home. Position will include a flexible schedule if needed. Requirements: Must have at least one year of RN experience and valid driver's license. Prefer candidate to have current Nurse Trainer Rule 116 certificate but can provide this training to obtain certificate. Rule 116 is training Direct Support staff to provide medication adminstration to residents with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
