Ronnoco Beverage Solutions, the Midwest's leading supplier of specialty coffee and complete beverage programs, is looking for a Part-Time Sales Support to join our team at our main office in St. Louis, MO. The hours are flexible and the individual would be able to work from home 1 day a week. The other days would need to be in the office. The Admin will provide high level support to the our regional sales team as a facilitator for tracking new business and customer data reporting. RESPONSIBILITIES : Provide necessary reports using CRM or database management system to sales team Understand regional account customer base Maintain high level of product knowledge and service equipment Generate customer correspondence as needed Respond to all customer requests Support sales team with sampling requests or gift baskets ESSENTIAL SKILLS : High school diploma or equivalent Five (5) years' experience in a sales support / administrative Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn software applications Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal relations skills Strong analytical, multitasking, and organizational skills
