Location : SOUTH AUSTIN, TX Job Overview : Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Director of Cardiovascular Services. In this leadership role, you'll oversee key cardiovascular departments, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, staff training, and operational efficiency. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a renowned healthcare facility in South Austin. Key Responsibilities : Leadership & Management : Lead and integrate department services, ensuring seamless operations and collaboration across departments. Policy Development : Create, implement, and review policies and procedures to guide and support cardiovascular services. Financial Oversight : Manage the financial operations of the cardiovascular departments, ensuring budget adherence and fiscal responsibility. Staff Development : Ensure comprehensive orientation for new employees and continuous training for the team.
