In partnership with the Seattle Mariners Major League Baseball Team, Seattle’s premiere Sports Bar & Grill and Micro-Brewery, located directly across from T-Mobile Park, featuring elevated American classics and wood-fired pizzas served amongst multiple large screens for prime sports viewing. Porter/Dishwasher Expectations: Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas including dish station and walk in Ensuring proper FIFO practices in walk in and organization Trash and recycling removal as necessary Washing of dishes and kitchen equipment as necessary Maintaining areas, as needed, in the dining room that require cleaning Requirements: At least 1 year as a porter or dishwasher; high-volume restaurant experience a plus Must possess exceptional work ethic Ability to work in an organized and professional manner Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment Receptive to constructive criticism and performance feedback Must be able to lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and /or move up to 50 pounds. Able to work in a standing/walking position for long periods of time Command of the English language Must be eligible to work in the United States Seasonal part time and full time positions available
