Matanuska-Susitna Borough School District Invites applications for the following position: Secondary Special Education Teachers-Pool School Year: 2024-2025 Location: Student Support Services Summary: To implement an appropriate individualized education plan as defined by the IEP Team. To be an advocate for students with special needs, and provide quality services to eligible individuals based on current research and technology. Assist the Student Support Services Department in meeting audit and compliance standards, and promote positive attitudes about and toward Special Education. Selection Procedures: We request that any Out-of-district applicants complete our Mat Su School District electronic application AND submit their name into our special education certified applicant pools. Applicants will then be contacted about employment opportunities and interviews for the upcoming school year.
