Vann Gannaway Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. Responsibilities Warmly greet and build a relationship with new and potential customers Assist the customer in finding a vehicle that meets their needs by actively listening and asking questions Perform Chevrolet training courses to stay current with product knowledge and vehicle technology Provide an exceptional customer experience in-person, on the phone and through technology such as email and text message Maintain a strong owner follow up system to encourage new and referral business Learn to overcome objections, offer alternatives, and close sales. Qualifications Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday Outgoing and friendly Strong communications skills in-person and over the phone Self-motivated and driven to succeed Experience Previous sales experience required. Customer service and phone experience is a plus. Qualified candidates should have a professional appearance high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
