The candidate will handle all aspects of the case from responsive pleadings, discovery, and taking and defending depositions. Will strategize and evaluate cases under the supervision of the shareholder. Collaborate with expert witness. Case negotiation, trial preparation. Communications with clients. Should have a passion for product liability litigation. This firm has four substantial practice groups: Business, Business Litigation, Product Liability, and Healthcare.Additional Skills: The candidate must have excellent communication and reporting skills.
