Enjoy an outpatient clinic-based schedule with a 4-day work week and a full, diverse patient panel. You will be supported by an exceptional team within an established New York facility, offering you various areas to explore in your free time. Practice Details: Healthcare team: includes Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), with providers having at least two team members for clinical support Flexibility: Providers have the option to choose between 4 or 5-day scheduling blocks Scheduling: Call is shared 1:10 among providers Weekends are not required Providers have the option to work in Urgent Care for additional compensation & RVUs, with the potential for increased earnings Compensation & Benefits: The base salary is $240,000 and complemented by RVU bonus incentives Receive a loan reimbursement bonus of $90,000 Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus provided Full comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice with tail Community Details: Reside in a Forbes-acclaimed "friendliest town in America," while having proximity to major cities Enjoy beautiful hiking trails, serene lakes, and the peacefulness of a nature-rich community Top-rated schools and educational programs are easily accessible for families with children JN -042023-28688
