We are seeking a highly-motivated and hard-working Housekeeper to join our team at Vancouver Pointe. Residents and employees are the essence of our company. We build our team with talented, motivated people who love what they do and love creating an outstanding living environment for our residents.Essential Responsibilities: Cleans the leasing office, common-area restrooms, the model(s) units, amenities and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed by the Property Manager. · Ensures all vacant apartment units are freshened as needed to maintain market-ready appeal. · Assists in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by the Property Manager. · Informs Property Manager of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others. · Maintains an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies, and informs the Property Manager when a re-order is necessary. We offer a competitive hourly rate, a great benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans and a 401k plan with employer match of 100% to a maximum of 4% of the employee’s annual salary.
