We are looking for a talent with solid professional skills. Position Overview: The primary responsibility of this role is to lead projects in the plan, design development, and implementation of automation solutions for manufacturing processes, integrate and program electrical components and robots and lead, execute improvement initiatives, and ensure that systems and processes are in place to meet and exceed company’s quality and production objectives safely and efficiently. This position will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. What you will be doing: Create detailed automation design proposal including controls design, electrical and pneumatic, specifying hardware and components, testing, commissioning, and validation. Develop and verify safety systems, understand safety risk backssments Interpret/read/write electrical and electronic schematics/diagrams, basic hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams Prepare and release drawings for new projects, record changes diligently, and release updated drawings Install, program, and integrate PLC, HMI, robots, tooling, drives, actuators, sensors, vision systems, start-up, debugging and compliance with internal and customer standards Program and maintain robots online/offline using (CIM Station, Fanuc Weld Pro, Moto Sim, and.
