Key Responsibilities: As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our mechanical and electrical systems. Key Responsibilities: As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our mechanical and electrical systems. Your responsibilities include: Troubleshooting, assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems using the necessary tools. Maintaining CNC machine tools to optimise performance. Scheduling maintenance activities around production requirements. Problem-solving and process improvement to enhance overall efficiency. Learning and adhering to safety protocols when working with industrial equipment, electricity, and other energy sources. Working independently and providing guidance to others as needed. Adapting to a rotational shift pattern earlies, afternoons & nights. Maintenance Engineer Shifts: 37.5 hours per week. Monday – Friday with shift patterns rotates every 2 weeks Earlies 7am to 3pm Afternoons 3pm – 11pm Fridays 3pm – 10:30pm Nights 11pm to 7am Qualifications: To thrive in this Maintenance Engineer role, you should possess the following qualifications: Manufacturing experience with a strong background in both mechanical and electrical disciplines but can be biased either way.
