SENIOR NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER : ECOMMERCE As Senior National Account Manger you will play a pivotal role shaping the future of our ecommerce organization in both strategy and team development. RESPONSIBILITIES As our Senior National Account Manager Ecommerce, you are tasked with delivering profitable market share growth for your channel. You will be the lead interface between your retailers and our portfolio of incredible brands responsible for delivering aligned retail targets and key financial goals. Balancing competing priorities to achieve the best net outcome is the heartland of this role which has a complex matrix of stakeholders. Your main focus: : Plan, develop, agree, implement, and analyse an annual joint business plan with retailers in your portfolio.Provide clear direction on business strategy : influencing key stakeholders to maximise opportunities for your retailer portfolio.Build high impact retailer JBPs through cross: functional collaboration internally and externally.Lead on retailer negotiations focused on mutual growth objectives.Coach the team through clear development plans to achieve their business targets and personal growth objectives. Commercial Ecommerce at Coty UK and I is a passionate team of 12 account managers and support superstars who lead our indirect ecommerce partnerships across marketplaces, retailer and pure players. You will work cross: functionally internally and externally acting as a mini general manager for your retailer scope. We're obsessed with e: retail fundamentals and shopper journeys, building annual JBPs to drive sell out and deliver profitable growth.
